We loved the hotel's location in a fairly boring area with nowhere to buy food near metro station Palats Ukraina. The hotel was very close to the centre and near to the metro station, making it very convenient for us to explore this city. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Nothing to be said.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, just a short walk away from a metro station and the city center. Rooms are spacious and airy, with a good level of equipment and cleanliness. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the price is reasonable. Guests have access to a variety of facilities and enjoy a nice view of the city.
Checkout can be a bit confusing due to payment only being accepted in cash, which can be inconvenient for some travelers.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kyiv and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with high ceilings and plenty of towels provided. Additionally, the location at the top of the hill offered a stunning view of the city. Finally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Everything, from the basic amenities to the delicious breakfast, was taken care of.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Great location, clean and comfortable room, and friendly staff During my city break, I stayed in a hotel that was perfectly situated in a quiet area and only a short walk from the nearest metro station. the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I particularly liked the friendly staff who made me feel welcome and provided me with all the information I needed to get around the city. the hotel offered 24, hour access to the room, which was great for a flexible schedule.
No English, speaking staff and unreliable Wi, Fi Unfortunately, the hotel lacked English, speaking staff, which made communication a bit difficult at times. the Wi, Fi was also a bit unreliable, constantly disconnecting and making it tough to stay connected.

The hotel had a good location, close to public transportation and easily accessible. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. Additionally, the hotel had free Wi-Fi, which was beneficial for staying connected.
The staff had poor English communication skills, which made it difficult to communicate effectively. Furthermore, the heating system was not efficient, and the room was cold during the night. The elevator was terrifying and unsafe; the door closed very fast, and the lift jerked when stopping.
